2. Share what should shift
What do you want to feel by the end? More regulated, less intense, clearer thinking, a defined next step, more self-trust, or less alone. This shapes who we match you with.
3. Get matched
Our engine scores every available provider against your intake: intent, moment type, emotional state, communication preference. You see your top three with plain-language reasons why.
4. Have the conversation
Your provider reads your intake before you connect. No cold starts, no repeating yourself. Sessions run 5 to 30 minutes by video, phone, or text.
5. Measure the shift
After the session, a quick pulse check measures whether your state actually changed: regulation, clarity, readiness. This data makes future matches better for everyone.
